A recent trip to heart of Mexico’s wineries in Baja Norte

Adobe Guadalupe is a working winery, plus a bed and breakfast with six guest rooms. They are located in the Guadalupe Valley near Ensenada, Baja California Norte. The Guadalupe Valley is about two-thirds the size of Napa Valley and weather conditions there are quite similar to those in southwestern France and the wines rival any produced in the new world. They have 60 acres of vineyards where they grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Shiraz and a bit of Viognier grapes. A great location for a wedding.

Adding Some Candy to your Photos

Some of these images from my recent weddings have been ‘juiced’ using post-production software and a light touch. I never want to lose the intent of the virgin photograph but sometimes a little salsa can add to an image. Add salt to taste.

Melissa and Gabe Jump Ship in Cabo

Melissa and Gabe jumped off a cruise ship in Cabo San Lucas and rushed up to Cabo Azul for their intimate wedding with friends and family. Then rushed back to the ship for their reception. The calmest moment of their day was in the quiet beauty of the Cabo Azul chapel.
